Tree Removal & Stump Grinding
Safe Work, Clean Finish
From yard trees in town to wind-bent cottonwoods out on the section line, we remove it safely, protect what matters, and leave your property looking right.
What we Do.
Short version: we remove problem trees without wrecking your day—or your yard.
Residential & In-Town Removals: Careful around roofs, fences, sheds, septic lines, and power drops. We specialize in safe removals that minimize damage to your yard and driveway.
Rural & Pasture Removals: Overgrown cedars, locusts, and hedges. Dead or dangerous shelterbelt trees, cottonwoods along creeks, trees shading pivots, or crowding fencelines. We clear the way for healthier pastures, easier equipment access, and better land use.
Stump Grinding & Clean-Up: Grind below grade so you’re not tripping over a wooden mushroom for the next five years. Fill and rake on request. We leave your space level, usable, and ready to grow again.
How We Do it.
Walk-Through & Plan: Every safe tree removal starts with a careful site check. We look at targets like houses, windows, fences, power lines, and septic systems, along with access points and soil conditions.
Section, Lower & Control: Our team removes trees the right way—section by section, limb by limb. Using our experienced ground crew, we control every cut to protect your property. When space allows, we’ll take down whole sections at once to save you time and money.
Stump Grinding & Surface Fix: Once the tree is down, we grind stumps below grade to match your goals, whether you want a smooth lawn, new landscaping, or hardscape. Backfill and surface smoothing are included for a clean finish.
Haul-Off & Final Sweep: You choose what happens to the debris—logs and chips hauled off, or chips left behind for landscaping mulch. Before we go, we sweep and tidy the yard and street so your property looks cared for, not torn up.
Problems We Solve
“Cottonwood dropped a widow-maker in the last storm.”
“Roots heaving the sidewalk and the city sent a letter.”
“I mow around the same stump every weekend.”
“Tree’s dead, but the neighbor’s fence is three feet away.”
What Affects Cost
Size & Species: Cottonwood mass vs. a smaller elm makes a difference.
Complexity: Over the roof? Over the deck? Near primary lines?
Access: Gate width, soft yards, slope, fences, and septic fields.
Finish Choices: Grind depth, backfill/topsoil, chip/haul.
Extras: log bucking for firewood, after-hours emergency.
